REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
We offer a hassle-free 7-day refund guarantee. To return your order, please forward your order confirmation email to byscentique@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund” and include your order number.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

When We Will Not Accept Returns

  • You or the recipient (if gifted) do not like the fragrance after opening the packaging or spraying the fragrance.
  • The fragrance smells different from a previous purchase. Variations between batches and/or reformulation are common in fragrances.
  • You opened the packaging and realized you mistakenly purchased the wrong fragrance.
  • You opened the packaging and for any other reason have decided against your purchase.
  • You have exceeded the 7-day return window.

We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns.
Refunds will reflect the value of the product(s) only and will not include the original shipping fee.

Please note: Returns are only available for EU-based customers. Due to regulations surrounding the shipment of flammable goods, returns are not available for international orders.


REFUNDING YOUR PURCHASE
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original payment method. Refund processing may take a few days.

If there are issues:
If you haven’t received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation, contact us at byscentique@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist. You may also want to check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package was lost or the items arrived damaged, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us at byscentique@gmail.com and visit your post office to obtain a document stating they did not receive the package or that the items were damaged. Send this document to us via email, and we’ll issue a refund once the insurance claim is processed and the compensation is received from the post office. If you fail to provide this document, we cannot refund your order.


CANCELLATIONS
All orders are processed immediately. We do not offer cancellations on any purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items. We are not liable for mistakes made by the customer during the checkout process. There are multiple opportunities to review and correct your order details during checkout.
